Magnificent is the proper word to describe the 18-hole championship golf course at Heritage Pines. Designed around the naturally lush landscape and rolling hills, the course offers scenic views as well as challenging play. The course features sweeping fairways and manicured greens. Designed by renowned course architect Ron Garl, the course opened in January of 2000.
From the tips, the golf course runs 6,087 yards. The majority of men play from the White tees (5,622 yards) and the majority of ladies play the Red tees (4,437 yards). There are also Green tees available at 5,004 yards, and forward Black tees that are 3,185 yards.
The course also features a full driving range, a putting green, a chipping green and a practice sand bunker.
Most important, unlike most golf courses in Florida, the golf course at Heritage Pines is owned and operated by the residents. The residents set the rates which are very reasonable. There are year-round rates, part-time rates for our “snowbirds”, and special summer and 9-hole rates.
While the course is not open to the public, it is available for large groups and outings. Residents are welcome to invite guests to join them in playing a round.
After golf, you can enjoy spending some time in our beautiful clubhouse, which features a full-service dining room and bar at very reasonable prices.
If you love golf, you will feel quite at home at Heritage Pines.
