Heritage Pines
is a deed restricted planned community in which property owners have individual ownership of their dwelling units and an association, which is incorporated, has title to the common areas. The Heritage Pines Community Association, Inc. is the governing body for the operation and maintenance of the shared facilities, or common areas. Owners are members of the association and pay their share of the expenses of the association by means of a regular monthly fee. Management services are provided by an on-site Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
