When you attend the Newcomer Orientation you will receive your Welcome packet that contains pertinent information for new residents along with forms that must be completed and returned to the Front Office.

All newcomers must attend the Orientation in order to be given a permanent gate sticker for their automobile(s) and to obtain their member charge card(s).  Please contact Nancy Lucas at 727/861-7784 or nancy.lucas@heritagepines.net to schedule your Orientation.
